If you get a blank window at the start of the tour, check your Web Browser to see if its Java features are turned On:
Go to the Browser's Preferences menu, open the Java tab and make sure the "Enable Java" box is checked.

If you get a program error or lock-up during the tour, try ending the task and restarting the Browser to clear up the Browser cache. If your Browser is not behaving normally then restarting the computer will reset the computer's RAM resources.

Our Java based Virtual Tours are formatted for computer screens set for 1024x768 pixels and True Color (24-bit). Check these setting in the Control Panel and Display Properties/Settings for your computer.
We use the PTViewer Java Applet by Helmut Dersch .

This tour is best viewed on a 300 MHz or faster PC with Broadband Internet connection. Each spherical panoramic image is about a 200K file download and your computer will then expand that file into a 5MB image for playback.
